Worldwide temperature measurements are calculated to a global average. However, this does not reflect developments in smaller regions, some of which may have opposite global trends.
The following diagrams show the air temperature in a height of 2 meters in different regions since 2007, whereby basically either the land or the sea surface was evaluated. The values for marine regions are not identical to water temperatures.
